All our chocolate desserts are handmade with single origin cocoa, sustainably crafted at origin and grown on farms in Colombia - where quality is everything. We're proud to say it's where some of the world's finest cocoa comes into being; and where farmers are trained and rewarded for growing the highest quality possible. This cocoa is called 'fino de aroma' and is classified in the top 8% of cocoa in the world!
